Bids will be received at the office of GCG Associates, Inc., until 11:00 a.m., local time, September 14, 2020, and shall be opened and read aloud publicly through a “Zoom” Web Conferencing virtual meeting room. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Office of GCG Associates, Inc. 84 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 01887. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as BID FOR STREET PAVING AND SITE WORK, and the envelope should bear on the outside the name of the BIDDER, his/her address, his/her license number, if applicable. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Bid must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to the GCG Associates, Inc. 85 Main Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.
